I had a crazy busy weekend, and I'm following it up with a crazy busy work week -- I didn't even get the chance to watch the new Doctor Who episode until yesterday -- and things will remain busy for the next few days, but I feel like poking my head up above water for a quick post.
--The world is ending this weekend! Does that mean I don't have to finish this report for work after all? But wait, what about this season's Doctor Who story arc? Will there still be television for those of us left behind? (You can see where my priorities are . . . )
-- For those of us who don't think the world is about to end and want to keep watching Doctor Who, you might like to know that the S6 episodes become available for rent at the iTunes store shortly after their airdate. Very handy in case you don't get BBC America, or live in Australia. (Assuming Australians can access the iTunes store. You can, can't you?)
-- I got recced on Calufrax, yay! And can I confess something really silly? I'm especially pleased that I have finally gotten recced for a non-humor story. Not that I don't love humor stories -- I do, which is why I write and rec them so much -- but I did wonder if any of my non-humorous writing was worthy of getting recced. This feels like another little milestone reached.
Speaking of milestones, I should get back to work . . .

I'm only glad I finally got to rec one of your fics without some shameless person nipping in first on the week before me!
It really gave me a huge thrill, so thank you! It was very unexpected, too, especially after all your talk about reccing only one story per Doctor. You do realize that my fic is technically Eleven-era, right? Although Eleven doesn't appear in it at all . . .

Besides, the other Eleven had Ten era characters so doubled up with another era also. See, only one fic per Doctor!! (Look, it works in my logic, in my head, don't worry.)
