Children of Earth just finished broadcasting in the UK, and already there are stories up at Teaspoon with spoiler-suggestive titles and plot summaries -- just quickly glancing through the "recent stories" list has already given me more information than I wanted to know.

I wish Teaspoon had an official spoiler policy. Some people are very conscientious about avoiding spoilers in their titles and summaries, but others are not.

But the real question is: how the hell do these people write so fast?

At least it won't be much longer until I get to see the episodes. So far, everyone seems unanimous in agreeing they are really good.

You do not want to read what I just posted. Yes, I made it clear there are spoilers and yes, I used a cut tag, but I thought it was worth repeating. ;)

Am I going to be the only one on Sunday who hasn't actually seen it yet? ; )

I do not know.

I also do not know if I will be there on Sunday at this point. The reasons are SPOILERS at the moment, but I'm not sure if I want to watch it again so soon.

Interesting. And slightly disturbing. But at this point I'm too curious to give up on going to see it. Maybe there'll be a surprisingly small crowd there, though . . .

You could always come by for the first hour or two, but I don't know if that would be better or worse. Anyway, hope to see you there, but if you're not, I understand.

(p.s. -- great new icon of the bunnies!)

Someone emailed me after seeing part 4, with the spoiler in the email subject. I wanted to KILL them! I certainly gave them a right bollocking.

Maybe.

I do not know. I also had tentative plans to meet someone in the city on Sunday and if I do that I may be, there since I'm in the city already or I may not be, since I'm otherwise occupied. I'm torn because the first two episodes were the best Torchwood ever, and I don't want to say more because that will delve into spoiler territory.

Oh, I would've gotten so mad! It's one thing to be publicly sharing a reaction on Teaspoon or on LJ (and I've been very cautious about LJ posts this past week, too), and it's another thing to send the spoiler right to you! What were they thinking????

That because I'm in the UK I'd automatically have seen the episode as it aired. Which I didn't - I watched the following morning 'cos it was on too late for a lark like me. And I very carefully ignored my FList each morning until I'd seen the ep - but I didn't think to avoid my emails as well!
