Public Call update

My Public Call story has been revealed! Not the one FOR me, but the one I wrote. I can announce because it's not anonymous -- and a good thing, too, since I'm pretty sure I signed "dbskyler wrote this" all over it in big, flashing, neon letters. Date: 2016-12-10 04:49 am (UTC)I'm pleased you liked it. I'm happy with my fic, but happier that I wrote something. It's been way too long since I've written anything (I think it's been since last Yuletide, actually, wow.)
Now I just have to see if I can wrestle this Yuletide treat into an actual fic. It's resisting.

Date: 2016-12-10 09:53 am (UTC)Talking of which, I have two treats I'm very keen to write and I think it's about time I realised that Treat A will not magically type itself up or write that last tiny section without me, nor will Treat B be any good if I don't review canon to finish writing it. (I think somehow my brain has decided that having finished the assignment confers these magical powers of waving wands and having fic appear. *grips brain firmly* *gets immediately distracted by something*)
