I'm back from my trip, and I had a fantastic time! One of the places I went was Cardiff, and I actually really liked the city; it's well worth going to even without the Doctor Who exhibition (which, as I had been warned, was fun but not a sufficient reason to go to Cardiff in and of itself). Didn't see any filming or actors or crew, but I did enjoy recognizing the Millennium Center, seeing the exhibition (best part for me was seeing the K-9 from "School Reunion"), and I also came across a Ianto Jones memorial by the bay that included some very clever flyers (my favorite there was "Have You Seen This Pterodactyl?" with a picture of Myfanwy).

Other than that, I'm adjusting back to non-vacation life and looking forward to SJA. I also predict a fair amount of fic reading in my immediate future, and hopefully some fic writing as well.

I had hoped to have fic (that Martha/Three + UNIT one?) for you - but alas, the plot bunnies went off after rather different stories. Still it's on my 'Fic Finishing Month' list of stories that are half written and are to be finished during October.
