They're playing a rerun of the Star Trek TOS episode "The Naked Time," or as I call it, the "I'll Take You Home Again, Kathleen" episode. It was one of my favorite episodes when I was a kid just for the part where the sick crewperson kept singing that over and over again. We used to go around the house singing it. (I'm sure my parents loved that.)

Anyone else have any stories about old TV and what you used to name the episodes back when you didn't know what the official names were?

In other news, Broadchurch series 3 has made it to BBC America. I watched the first episode and really liked it. But before I get too far into it, for those of you've seen it already: is it better than series 2?

Well... I may be a bad judge because I loved series 2? But series 3 is (mostly) fantastic - I have some reservations about the last episode but that's about it.

S3 of Broadchurch is way better than S2. A return to form.

I didn't bother watching as it aired, but a friend assured me that it was way better than S2, so I borrowed the DVDs, and was gripped all over again.

I really loved season 3 of Broadchurch. By now I would watch an hour of Miller and Hardy bickering and it would be entertaining. Very sad to see them go :( Maybe in ten years time there may be a re-union or something.

Aside of the case, which I did not figure out till the end and that shows many different spects of the theme, I also really loved how their relationship has evolved during the years. A true partnership. Miller has become a little more like Hardy, and Hardy has become a little more like Miller, and well, did I say I loved it? LOL

Let's talk about it once you've properly seen it! But I must say the actress that played Trish killed it in that first episode with all the examinations.

It definitely is. S2 was a bit disappointing because it was just re-treading S1, but S3 is new and improved.
