"Ten zero eleven zero zero by zero two." Anyone else recognize those coordinates right away?

(And hey, does anyone know if there have been any other mentions since "Pyramids of Mars"? Just curious.)

 I kind of assumed they'd be correct, knowing the current DW team, but, no. However, you're not the only person on my flist who did! :-)

Well, it's just possible that I've re-watched "Pyramids of Mars" a few times . . . ;)

I did.

There's at least one other mention in Classic Who (in "Full Circle", where it's a plot point that instead of Gallifrey they end up at the inverse of those co-ordinates), but I think this is the first time it's come up in New Who.

I think I do vaguely remember that in "Full Circle," but it's been ages since I've seen it. I think it's definitely the first mention in New Who.

I did, and I squeed. Moffat is such a nerd.

It's the kind of random throwaway gift to the Classic fans that I love. Besides, why make up coordinates to Gallifrey when we already have some? (But it's so great that Moffat knows we already have some!)
