Yes! Sitting down on Christmas with the family to watch Doctor Who! On Christmas! That was great! (Still trying to form an opinion of the actual episode in my head, though . . .)

That's the true spirit of Christmas - me getting to be all excited with my friends around the world at Christmas about the Christmas episode. Doesn't have quite the same effect in April... ;-)

I did like it, but I don't know how it'll stand up to rewatches. Already I've started to deconstruct it in my head and find issues. May just stop because I loved the feel of it and adored The Moff's writing. He really is brilliant.
